These cone 6 glazes provide solid coverage and a beautiful satin finish. In brush application, they require thee coats. Satin glazes tend to be stiffer and do not move as much in firing as Spectrum's gloss or textured glazes, so smooth application is important to having an even surface after firing. They are all lead-free, dinnerware-safe and certified nontoxic.
